World-renowned sitarist Reshma Srivastava will be teaching the course, exploring both the principles and practice of Maharishi Gandharva Veda music. This course is not musical theory alone – you’ll also have plenty of time to enjoy making music yourself, discovering the boundless within the boundaries of rhythm, notes, and time theory.
Whether you play an instrument or are simply a lover of music, this course will give you a beautiful opportunity to unfold your creativity through Maharishi’s approach to music.
The course occurs in three parts, or blocks. If you have not previously taken a course in Maharishi Gandharva Veda, you can take Block 1 and progress from there!
Block 1: 21 – 27 June (for beginners)
Block 2: 26 June – 1 July (for intermediate)
Block 3: 30 June – 5 July (for intermediate and advanced)
